I am a 600 hour registered teacher and forever student of yoga, specialising in slow vinyasa flow, traditional hatha, and meditation. My classes are centred around curiosity – curiosity for the present moment, the physical sensations of our bodies, and the deeper currents of thought and emotion. I believe that through the rhythm of conscious breath, intentional movement, and moments of stillness and quiet awareness, we feel more present; more alive; more connected to the world around us, and more in touch with our true self.
