I am a 500 hour registered teacher, and forever student of yoga, specialising in slow vinyasa flow, traditional hatha, and meditation. My classes are centred around curiosity – curiosity for the present moment, the physical sensations of our bodies, and the deeper currents of thoughts and emotions. I believe that in the rhythm of breath and conscious movement, and in moments of stillness and awareness, we create the space needed to really feel... and can then tune in to ourselves and the world around us.
