MY STORY

I am a 600 hour registered teacher and forever student of yoga, specialising in vinyasa flow, traditional hatha, and meditation. I have been devoted to the physical and spiritual practice of yoga since 2019, when (after years of world travel) my love for exploration turned inwards when I discovered yoga. As I flowed through the class, I began travelling inwards, and my awareness shifted from the outer layers of my mind and into my body, and then even deeper. By the end of the class I was in tears, and in love with this practice. On my yoga mat I had felt the same sense of wonder I had previously only known in nature. And for the first time in my life, I felt truly at home.

In 2023 I completed my 200 hour training at One Yoga in Koh Phangan, studying Hatha and Vinyasa in a shala beside the ocean, immersed in a world of birdsong and gently breaking waves. In 2025 I returned for my 300 hour advanced training, with a focus on meditation and pranayama.

In 2026 I moved to beautiful Wales (yay!) and I now teach private yoga and meditation classes around Mumbles, Gower, and Swansea, as well as teaching online through Zoom. My classes are centred around curiosity — curiosity for the present moment, the physical sensations of our bodies, the deeper currents of thought and emotion, and the flow of energy that moves through every living thing. I believe that in the rhythm of conscious breath and intentional movement we feel more present; more alive; more connected to the world around us, and more in touch with our true self.
